I am a copywriter and novelist-to-be. I am a former regular contributor to VICE and have also written for Chatelaine, The Walrus, Maisonneuve and more. I have an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia. Occasionally I get on stage and perform comedic jingles.

My debut novel, DEMON BUTTERFLY, is forthcoming with McClelland & Stewart (Canada) and Zibby Publishing (US) in May 2027.

I am the mother of Larry David, a tiny dog. As a tween I was really obsessed with Legally Blonde in case you were wondering about the banner photo, which was made with the old “Face in Hole” program and not even AI.
